One publishing calendar for every brand

An approved post goes out to the platform at the scheduled time. The “published” status only appears once the platform confirms it went out.

The copy gets written in ChatGPT, the image in Canva, the plan lives in a spreadsheet, and edits pile up in Telegram. Every post gets published by hand, in the platform's app or a separate scheduler. Nobody trusts auto-posting: the wrong version might go out.

With Brandbass

  1. 01Every brand's material lives in one calendar, by month or by week, from draft to published. Drag a post to reschedule it.
  2. 02An approved post goes out through the platforms' official APIs: Telegram, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok.
  3. 03The system marks a post “published” only once the platform confirms it went out. Sending it isn't enough on its own.
  4. 04If a platform's API can't add music, stickers or a cover image, the system gives you a checklist upfront of what to finish in its app.
  5. 05If auto-posting doesn't fit, you publish the post yourself and add its link to the calendar.

What a week looks like

One brand's week: the post, the platform, the time and the status.

Calendar · Coffee shop · week
Monday
“Coffee to go” Reels, Instagram, 8:00 am, published, platform confirmed
Wednesday
“Weekly menu” carousel, Instagram, 12:00 pm, in review with the client
Friday
“Barista of the day” post, Telegram, 5:00 pm, draft
Saturday
“New syrup” post, Facebook, 10:00 am, published by hand, link added

Under the hood

Official platform APIs

Posts go out only through each platform's official API. The system already knows what each platform allows and shows it to you before you publish.

Confirmation comes first

Until the platform confirms the post went out, the calendar won't show it as “published.”

A manual option

If auto-posting isn't available for a platform, or you've turned it off, the post stays in the calendar. You add the link yourself once it's published by hand.

Isn't auto-posting risky?

Only approved material goes out on schedule, and “published” only appears once the platform confirms it. Platform limits, like music and stickers, show up in advance in a checklist. Where auto-posting doesn't fit, you publish it yourself and add the link.
